Jyothidarsana Counseling Centre is a unique project of the CMI Congregation founded by St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, a great visionary, educationist and social reformer of India. A well-qualified & experienced team of psychologists, psychotherapist, clinical psychologists and social workers under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Gilson John CMI serves at Jyothidarsana.

Jyothidarsana is committed to and passionate about helping our clients to reach their highest potential emotionally, intellectually, occupationally, socially and spiritually.  The center also provides a safe and serene environment conducive to growth, change, healing and comforting.

Our Inspiration

St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder of the Carmelite of Mary Immaculate (CMI), the first indigenous Religious Congregation of India, is the source of our inspiration. St. Chavara, a great educationist and social reformer of the 19th century, foresaw the changes that might take place in our society  and wanted to build a society based on Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of Humanity.
